Storyline
Acme Acres has an annoying awakening when the lady from the Adult Coalition Against Funny Cartoons literally sucks the toon logic out of the place, turning it into an educational and boring place to live. Buster and Babs go to Washington, hoping that then-President George H.W. Bush will help them.
