Tazmanian Lullaby is an episode of Taz-Mania written and directed by Keith Baxter.  It first aired 3 Oct 1992.

Francis X. Bushlad is practicing his accordion when his father, annoyed by the sound, asks him to play it outside. Taz spins by, chasing a herd of animals, but is soothed by the music. Francis leads him back to the village, but a bridge breaks and they fall into the river and he loses his instrument. With no music, Taz begins to chase Francis, who quickly fashions a flute from a reed. This calms Taz until it becomes jammed with mud. Francis creates and then breaks more instruments, then tries singing until his voice becomes hoarse. Finally he finds his accordion and leads Taz all the way back to the village. His father, still annoyed by the music, takes the accordion, leaving Francis to "play" with his friend Taz.
