Turner Network Television (TNT) is an American basic cable and satellite television network that is owned by the Turner Broadcasting System subsidiary of Time Warner. The channel's programming consists of television series and feature films, with a focus on dramatic programming, along with some professional sporting events such as NBA basketball games.

The channel originally broadcasted a program block called "TNT Toons", featuring classic cartoons like Looney Tunes up to the year 1998. Another program showcasing the Looney Tunes cartoons (as well as MGM and DePatie-Freleng/United Artists cartoons) on TNT was "Bugs Bunny and Pals."

In 1988, TNT presented a 4 hour block of cartoons as part of a Thanksgiving celebration entitled "TNT Thanksgiving Toon Parade." Another special event TNT broadcasted was a special entitled "What's Up Doc?: A Salute To Bugs Bunny" back in 1990.
