Rev Runner is a member of The Loonatics. His powers are Sonic Speed, Global Positioning and flight. Not only his legs but even his voice goes at ultra-high speed. Before obtaining his power's Rev was a delivery boy who was always late. Rev also has a brother named Rip who was jealous of his brother's success and even tried to kill him when possessed by a brain parasite. His parents are Ralph and Harriet Runner who also speak extremely quickly. His father owns Runner Enterprises, a family-run gadget company.
