Queen Grannicus is a character from Loonatics Unleashed. She was voiced by Candi Milo, while her disguised voice was done by Kevin Michael Richardson.
Description[]
She is a royal villainous descendant of Granny, who actually protected Tweety from Sylvester. She didn't want The Royal Tweetums to claim the throne and allied with Sylth Vester to prevent that. To prevent suspicion, she used her scepter to disguise her voice while talking to Sylth Vester. Both were defeated due to Danger Duck's unintentional interference. She is also similar to Darth Sidious.
While Sylth is seen in the two part finale of Season 2 where he's received jail time for his actions, Grannicus isn't seen implying she may have received a harsher sentence (execution) due to being the mastermind of Tweetum's assassination attempt.
