Katherine Elaine "Kath" Soucie (born February 20, 1967) is an American voice actress, best known for voicing Phil and Lil in Rugrats and Fifi La Fume in Tiny Toon Adventures.

Soucie currently voices Nibbles/Tuffy in The Tom and Jerry Show (2014 TV series) as well as Claudette Dupri the fox in New Looney Tunes.
