Fistic Mystic TC Characters

Fistic Mystic is a 1969 Looney Tunes cartoon by Warner Bros.-Seven Arts.

Plot

Merlin the Magic Mouse and his sidekick Second Banana travel to the Old West town of Rattlesnake Gulch. A tough guy exits a saloon and challenges them to a fight. Merlin bets him that Second Banana will win, and schedules the fight for the next day. That night Merlin enchants a pair of boxing gloves so Second Banana can't lose.

Notes

  • Second Banana is sporting a redesign in this short that he would have for the rest of his appearances, his ears are shaped different, and rather than a green bow tie, he wears a yellow turtleneck sweater
  • This cartoon opens with a unique variation of Bill Lava's arrangement of the Looney Tunes theme ("The Merry-Go-Round Broke Down.")
