Ralph "Pa" Runner is a character in Loonatics Unleashed. He was voiced by Daran Norris.
Description[]
Ralph is the father of Rip and Rev Runner. Like his sons, he is a descendant of Road Runner.
Even though they didn't touch a comet, Ralph and his wife Harriet Runner both have super speed and talk fast (it runs through the family). Ralph Runner owns an electronics store and at first wanted Rev to take over the business. Ralph wears suspenders and has a mohawk (just like Rev and Rip). He often intersperses "Beep Beep" in his dialog.
