Drake Sypher is a character on Loonatics Unleashed. He was voiced by Phil LaMarr.
Desription[]
Drake is commonly referred to as simply "Sypher." He is a villain with the power to absorb the abilities of others into himself through touch, not only super-powers, but also the natural abilities of living creatures. The disadvantage is if he's touched again your powers will come back to you.
