Hamilton Butkus "Buddy" Boar is a character on Taz-Mania voiced by Jim Cummings.

Buddy is the Tasmanian Devil's best friend, a Hollywood agent type who often talks on a cell phone. He tends to take advantage of of Taz from time to time, though he has much more genuine loyalty and care for him than the rather self-serving Digeri Dingo. In "I'm Okay You're Taz", it is revealed that Buddy still lives with his mother.
In "Willie Wombat's Last Stand", it is revealed that "nobody liked him", so he was made a show producer, ostensibly to explain his few appearances.
