- Robin Hood comes to life in 1938's "Have You Got Any Castles?" but has only a minor role.
- Three little squirrels play Robin Hood in 1939's "Robin Hood Makes Good".
- The live-action Robin Hood played by Errol Flynn appears at the end of the 1949 short "Rabbit Hood".
- A parody of Robin Hood also occurred in the 1958 short "Robin Hood Daffy". This was retold in:
