An elderly Francis X. Bushlad is finally about to become chief of his people. However, he still has not attained manhood by catching the Tasmanian Devil. George H.W. Bush and Bill Clinton won't crown him until he does. Taz and all the other forest animals are now old and wrinkled too. Francis suspends a 16 ton weight over a television set as bait. When The Lawrence Elk Show comes on, he gets distracted and watches it with Taz. But when a Tasmanian Devil cartoon comes on, they remember and fight, and Taz gets away. Taz sits down to read a comic book, and Francis invites him back to watch television. Francis goes to cut the rope that holds the weight, but forgets what he's doing. When he returns he asks why Taz is watching his tv and chases him away. They soon begin to fight again, and Taz chases Francis at low speed all the way back to his village. Lyndon B. Johnson, Abraham Lincoln, and Richard Nixon are all present to crown him the new exec, but Francis wakes up and realizes it was all a dream.
