1947 is yet another year in the golden age of Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies.

  • The Color Rings change again to the blue rings red background and so does the "Present" text starting with "Hobo Bobo". This variation was used in the end titles for the Turner "dubbed versions" of the cartoons crediting A WARNER BROS. CARTOON, even if they were the Blue Ribbon prints. The 1944-46 would have the drum "dubbed version".
  • The Looney Tunes logo does not have "REG US PAT OFF." at the end.
  • "Tweetie Pie" is the first Warner Bros. cartoon to win an Academy Award for Best Animated Short.
